size dresses do you carry?
We carry sizes ranging
from 2-36 depending on the manufacturer.
We highly advise checking the size

taken before ordering your gown.

Is
there any additional size charge?
We do have a $22.00-$95.00 size charge for all dresses 18 and up depends on the manufactures and category, we will inform you of this charge beforhand.

How
do I know what size to order?
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size chart with each style. While you are in your shopping cart, click on "choose size" and it will appear. If your measurements fall in-between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size, and have your own seamstress alter it according to your specific body measurements. All floor length dresses are about 40-42 inches long from the waistline to the bottom of the dress. You will need to order extra length if you are taller than 5'8" depending on the height of the heels you will be wearing.

What
are your shipping rates?
Shipping is $5.00 to $25.00 in the continental United States (6-9 days). Shipping will be calculated for you in the shopping cart before you pay. You may upgrade your shipping option to one the following: 1-2 day shipping adds $30.00; 3-4 day shipping adds $20.00. Please note that delivery time starts only when the dress is ready to ship (received in our warehouse). You may check the status of your order at

What
happens if when I get my
dress it doesn't fit?
Our return policy
is All Sales Final. Due to the
nature of our business we cannot
accept exchanges or returns. It
is very important that you get
measurements taken and look at
the appropriate manufacturers size
chart before ordering your dress.
Alterations are almost always necessary
for a custom fit so please keep
this in mind.

Policy
Due to the nature
of our business all sales are final.
The gowns you order are made for
you. An order cannot be cancelled,
returned, exchanged, or changed
once it is processed.
We sell 1st quality
merchandise only, meaning everything
is brand new directly from the
manufacturer. We inspect all merchandise before we ship to you. If you receive your item with any manufacturers defect contact us immediately and we will replace it no questions asked. Wow Bridal can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color item. No refunds will be given. We will take care of any shipping costs incurred for returned items.

Be sure you provide a valid e-mail address during the process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase, confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount charged to your card.

How long will it
take to get my order?
All wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, flower
girls, and mother of the bride/groom are special ordered and depending on stock
availability can take between 2-14 weeks. Please note that Rush cuts are
available upon request and delivery may take 1-6 weeks. You may place you
request here.
We carry thousands of items in stock, so we may
ship your order within 24 hours.
